The Consultium was established to harness the combined business experience and brain-power of like-minded individuals, who had the good fortune to work together under the auspices of the Essex Innovation Programme (EIP), over the last few years, as private business specialists. The EIP funded The Consultium Members and other business consultants to mentor pre-start-ups, start-ups, scales-ups and established SMEs, to ensure their survival and growth. This programme was a success, as measured by its key performance indicators (KPIs). These case studies include business and product development services, mentoring, coaching and consulting, and other business-related services, delivered either via the EIP or delivered privately, via our individually-owned businesses.
These case studies will give you an idea of what we can do for your business, although no two businesses are alike and we will tailor our services according to your particular needs, at any given time. Call or email us for a no-obligation chat, to see how we can help your business to succeed and grow from strength to strength.
