They’ve said about Sally’s work
Since launching Ophelia Mills jewellery, Sally has helped me to improve my online platform to enable customers to buy my designs online and offer a personalised bespoke service. She has helped me to understand price points and to believe more in my product and its value and to increase my prices to reflect that I have a high-end product. I’m not sure I would have been brave enough to take that step on my own. She has been upfront in providing me with feedback on my product photography, which although has not always been easy to hear, I desperately needed as you just can’t always rely on family and friends for objective feedback. She has also taught me about selling and how to get the most out of independent retailers, shows exhibitions and so on. She visited one of my retailers with me (The Minories Art Gallery) to feedback on improving the shop presentation for my designs, which subsequently led to an increase in my sales.
The most knowledgeable, friendly yet strict and disciplined faculty in design I had ever met in my life who is passionate about everything she does
I was at one of Sally’s presentations on Brand Identity and found her style of presenting inspirational as her expertise shone through. It piqued my interest in Branding and had an “I want more impact”.
After being introduced to Sally Brazier by the Essex Innovation Programme, I have continued to use her to help to challenge and critique my decisions and actions within the business. This has enabled me to refine my ideas and strategy for implementation. It has resulted in a change in culture and an improvement in the performance of the management team. I would recommend her to others facing the many issues that family run businesses encounter.
